Joe Biden actually told her she could become

POTUS one day.. if you see the context in the Vid.. he was reassuring and protective of her as he walked her over to meet the journalists.

She did not look "uncomfortable" at all. And, all the teachers in the audience were loving it.

I'm thinking the little girl was loving it, too.. and will have fond memories in spite of those who are trying to make this ugly.

No. Biden was at a teacher town hall. The topic was education. The mic went round to the girl. Biden asked what her favorite subject is. She answered journalism. Biden shows her the journalists at the back who she can aspire to and he says how important a free press is.
