That is all. That is a good thing. President Biden will sign it immediately. That is also a good thing.

This achievement by Congress stands on its own as progress toward our goals.

So, if you have something negative to say about this, please don't tie it to the successful passage of the bill, which can be signed and go into effect today.

The House passed the bill. That is all. It passed. It will become law. That is a good thing.

Let's celebrate a success without whining about something else, OK?
