It doesn't sound like Judge Merchan will put up with much of trump's non-sense.

Judge Ergoron fined him $5,000 and $10,000 for violations in the fraud trial but those amounts are inadequate to slow down a 'billionaire'. Judge Merchan is aware of that and it's likely his penalties would be much stiffer.
