Noem has made what I hope is a fatal mistake to her public career. She’s sadistic, uncaring, not self-aware, and not aware of life in this nation outside her own cultural bubble. She really didn’t know this behavior and her boastful retelling would not play well? Gods, what that says about her.

The mid ‘70s were a time of financial anxiety — many of us thought the whole world economy was about to collapse.
