(9,314 posts)I don't think they want the nation to fold; they want to make it over in their own images. They cannot do this and adhere to our Constitution, so they pay politicians to do their dirty work and the corrupt ones are happy to have the donations. And that is why, I believe, if one truly believes in the Constitution and the principles upon which it was founded, it is no longer wise to "sit in the bleachers" and say or do nothing. But, just to be clear, actions and words must be within our legal boundaries -- we just have to be smarter, quicker and more energetic than they are. And we must be constant.
I think you are right to be worried. Being worried is better than being asleep and waking up later only to find it is too late to do anything.
