examination. And his statement following the officer-involved shooting wasn't recorded at all because the investigating officer didn't have a tape recorder and was too busy to write anything down. I just saw that fiasco described on CNN. No distance measurements were taken by Ferguson PD at the crime scene and no photographs were taken by the Ferguson PD photographer because he didn't have a battery for his camera.
