13. We eat mostly from local farmers.

That means seasonally and includes meat but not as much as we used to eat. Fish is mostly from the North Sea (Norway, Scotland). Our vegetables out of season generally come from Spain (typical in Northern Europe). It's a similar diet to the one that I followed in the US-I try not to eat mass produced meat and produce and franken-foods.

Our farmers in Belgium and the farmers in France just staged protests blocking trucks bringing in products from other countries. So the farmers' union is very strong here which generally means a higher quality of food.
