Firing the Police Chief, the Chief Operations Officer (whatever the title), and the Chief Training Officer ... Then, insisting that everyone associated with the erasing of the video, be prosecuted and fired for cause (not just allowed to retire).

AND that every officer on the scene, that did not give a truthful account of what occurred, be prosecuted and fired for cause (not just allowed to retire).

Eventually, L/E will get the message and a class of officers will say, "Screw it ... Let's do the job right." and those that can't won't, will quit or be headed to prison ... and I'm fine with that.
