26. drumpf is lying and using weasle words to do it.

He knows he (and Flynn and others in his administration as well) colluded with Russia and is just using weasel words because he's afraid the CIA will truly out him and just wants to claim "memory issues". In reality, it's treachery and greed issues that are the YOOGE, YOOGEST EVER, problem.
