Okay, did I just hear correctly? The Russians, in effect, like the GOP best? [View all]

As Jackie Speier just established on the record in the Russia Intel Hearing (CNN's label) - Russia is our adversary. Prefers to see or help the US be damaged - to their own advantage? And then, minutes earlier in the hearing, did Comey & Rogers and just confirm that Russia has a preference for the republi-CONS, over the Democrats?
