Susan Sarandon is a high profile political celebrity and surrogate who after pushing people to vote for Nader in 2000 was foolishly elevated again in 2016. Then when she didn't get her way, surprise surprise, she started pushing people to vote Jill Stein. To be quite frank, as long as she is alive and politically active, Susan Sarandon is a cancer to the Democratic Party, who should never be ignored.

Absent voices of dissent and constant reminders of her tomfoolery, there is nothing stopping her from enabling Trump in 2018 or 2020, when her preferred candidate loses a primary again as she did in 2016.
