Heard Norm Goldman speculating about this recently--that if CA tries to maintain or enact consumer protections, maybe environmental matters too, that the 'pukes could start preempting such actions at the Federal level?? Sounds like something the shitheads would do, "States' Rights" be dammed if they buck imposition of the new feudalism.
