11. I would love for Kimbro to ask Gratz ...

If you were truly denied admission, in favor of a lesser qualified Black candidate, how do you explain the 50+, lesser scoring (than you), white candidates that were offered admission AND the 100+ higher scoring (than you) Black candidates that were denied admission?

The facts of her case stunk, even to the point where her attorney admitted that she was NOT denied in favor of a less-qualified Black candidate, nor did U of T's AA policy, negatively affect her admission status.
