he shouldn't have brought her out to campaign for him. The fact that she was trotted out to speak to women voters, as if she has any idea what their lives are like, makes it even more necessary to call attention to her privileged status, imo.

Health problems suck. I bet the Romneys have premium insurance and medical care, unlike many regular Americans.

The fact is, neither Mitt nor Anne Romney are remotely in touch with the average voter and their concerns.
