28. and now you know you didn't deserve any of that

of course, when you are a kid, you think you cause the grief piled on you, that if you can be just perfect enough, they will value you.

And now similar situations in life trigger those awful days.

You are beautiful and sensitive and creative and awesome. You deserve happiness, prosperity and peace.

So venting will help get there, and then maybe you can do some ceremony where you just release them to the universe. If they don't want to value you, you MUST value yourself.

And set yourself free from all of that hurt.

You didn't deserve it. Any of it. And you do deserve to be happy today.
