But now that you bring it up, Hillary was absolutely the most qualified person in the entire country to be Secretary of State. After all, Hillary had spent decades in the Senate. So she was up on every last nuance of foreign policy. Besides that, she had experience as an ambassador, so she had already had strong relationships with foreign leaders.

Yes, Hillary was qualified - dare I say overqualified - to be Secretary of State. That's why Obama picked her. She was an acknowledged foreign policy expert.

As for me, I'm qualified - dare I say overqualified - to be the King of Spain.
