first, a panic attack this morning, then my face turned bright red, now I just finished retching [View all]

( just water) and another red face. This election must have gotten to me physically as well as emotionally. Waking up thinking the election was over and Trump was our new president will do that to you...

I'm OK now and having a glass of wine. But I'm still going to eat lightly tonight...
