"Why in the world would people in Ohio rehire a President that cost them 237,000 jobs?" Kerry running mate John Edwards said last week.

"It's your moral issues. People - even those who have lost their jobs - tell me, 'I can't vote for Kerry, Bush is more moral. He's just more believable,'" Wright said.
"I talked to a retired steelworker the other day who said he won't vote for Kerry because he 'wants to take my machine gun away.' Why does he need a machine gun? He thinks that when we are attacked and overrun by terrorists, he will be able to protect his family."
I hope this idiot ends up selling his machine gun to stay out of the food line * is sure to bring.
And a funny little bit from Repug who ran Reagan and Bush 31 campaign in NY and helped the Repugs steal Florida. And it should really be God help us if * wins!As a veteran of eight Republican presidential campaigns, I am loath to outline a strategy by which Sen. Kerry can win. My Republican colleagues who are popping the champagne corks are a bit premature. The debates hold the key for the Democratic nominee. Kerry must throw caution to the wind by being aggressive but must at the same time demonstrate the gravitas to be President. He must go on the attack without seeming shrill, but must also present a positive vision for the country. The challenger always surges at the end. If he can keep the race close prior to this surge, he can still win. God help us if he does.
Roger Stone ran Ronald Reagan's presidential campaigns in New York in 1980 and 1984, served as senior consultant to President George H.W. Bush in 1988 and worked on the Florida recount for the current President Bush in 2000
