Well I've decided,

I know Obama has been a bitter disappointment to many, including myself, and he is no liberal. I will support his bid for reelection. He has done enough to earn my vote. I will continue to criticize, and will contribute in the coming campaign. Luckiy in SoCal there are few like that, but there are a few

12. Obama is a Blue Dog.
A lot of Dems don't care, don't know, or don't want to think about it. But I've finally come to terms with it and have adjusted my expectations.

13. Sadly true,
but the stakes are too high in his case. I am angry, but he bought himself into the club with DADT enacted, as far as I am Concerned. I have a blue in my target locally , upon whom i will focus my rage, as he has voted anti marriage, and that type has to go asap.

6. I am loyal Dem
but not so loyal as to allow my rep to vote against me because I have "nowhere else to go", without repercussions.

8. I'm with that, but have concerns about a problem those repercussions are leading to: new CANDIDATES
I'd be fine if "somewhere else to go" wasn't exclusively just denying my vote to the offenders.

SOMEBODY must step up and commit to making a real difference, so that there is a realistic expectation that there is somewhere else to go, someone to vote FOR, either immediately or ASAP.

I think we need instant-runoff-voting.

11. I live in Brownbackistan. Party leaders . . . well . . . NO ONE steps forward in anything but
the safest ways possible, so those of us in the trenches do everything, while party TPB court "reasonable" Republicans . . . I guess because they really do have to for the poorest and most disadvantaged amongst us possibly suffering even more, but . . . .

I have to stop talking about it, I'm getting depressed . . . .

7. Happy to know that the President will have your support.
He will get my vote because in the immortal words of Weeper Boner, "I got 98% of what I wanted." (well, more like 95%)

President Obama hasn't done everything that I wished, but at least he is going in the direction that I like. The Rethuglicans stopped, parked, forgot to put on the emergency brake, and the vehicle is rolling in reverse until it crashes into something.

Until we have a Democrat running for the office. There's not a single Republican in the Clown Car who isn't batpoop crazy. Huntsman without the Magic Underwear (TM) might be, but he's stuck with the Magic Underwear.

Obama is getting plenty of cash from the corporations. I will vote for him, though.
