2. Hello lovely lady!
I'm using canned pears and a good think chunky dressing since it's hard to get fresh pears now and I am about cheeseless today - It's really inexpensive and it solved that "I want something quick and fabulous" craving.

I've been on a huge pear kick lately and found that the value brand of canned pears in light syrup (or juice when i can find it) are ALMOST as good as fresh (if I cant find them). I was shocked to find a huge can of great pears. Whodathunk it?

Hope you and the mistah are doing well!

3. Blue cheese and anything!!!!
Just say, "blue cheese" and my mouth starts watering!!!

I bought some this past weekend, thinking I was going to stuff some chicken breasts with it... went with a ricotta/parm mix instead.

Now, what to do with this glorious blue cheese!! :)
