1. Are you trying to build your own moon rocket?
Both are freaking ridiculous.

What in the world do you need all those pcie slots for?

If you cant get there with two video cards 6 isnt going to make the difference really in my opinion.

Have you decided on the cards you are going to use BTW? I am going to assume NVIDIA?

3. I'd go for the Asus. I've had several over the years and always been very happy with them.
Also....when I want to upgrade, they sell very fast on Ebay.
Last one I sold (when I upgraded)..I paid 329 for it new.. got almost 200 on ebay for it.
So I essentially had a great Board for 2 years for 129 bucks. :) :)
