Ya know, all that remains of this 5 year old image is a one layer bitmap for some stupid reason.
I'm not sure if it was done in Paint Shop or Photoshop - one of those two.

It took me too many months to realize how important and useful layers are in graphics software.

I've wanted to do a "real" media version for a while now.

I think I'd rather see what happens on canvas and paper before I commit to hitting "Print" ;)
In order to psyche myself out, I pledge right now that I'll produce a 'real' media version within the next week. 6-21-2006

5. I'm a little behind.

Frontline had me distracted for a couple of hours. ;)

Just the pencil sketch on 18x24 Strathmore watercolor paper so far.

There's a nice unexpected lesson on reflected light in the photo, because the flash reflected off of the white keys and logo print of the keyboard I propped the pic upon and onto the paper.



I think the next step is washing the green, maybe a little masking first.
