Trying to get back on track
How is everyone doing?

After losing 47 pounds I sort of lost my way a bit and have been off my weight loss attempts for a while. I have gained about 9 pounds back so I'm trying to get back into it. It is so easy to slip back into bad habits. Hopefully I'll be able to get back to where I was by the end of the year and then continue to move forward. One thing I have to make sure to do is to count my calories, it's so easy not to think about how many you are consuming. I created a calorie counter in an excel spreadsheet tonight. It's a weekly tracker I just punch in my calories for meals and snacks and it automatically adds up my calories and breaks them down in a number of categories: week, day, meals, snacks, etc.

1. Looks like a nice way to keep track of data.
I wish you all the perseverance you can muster to get back on track. If you've followed my threads at all you know that I've been sent reeling more than once, but I think I just got my wake up call. I don't want another hospital visit any time soon. Please stay in touch with the forum! :D
