Hoodia Takers check in!
I've been taking it for about a week and a 1/2 now .

I started out with one pill in the AM with breakfast and another in the evening before dinner. About four days ago, I was still wanting to snack/graze a lot past the 3-4pm break. So I added a third one at midday with lunch.

I seem to be doing better with three/day. I don't want to overeat at dinner; I can stick to the portions that I alot. I do measure everything out. I even have a kitchen scale.

I started taking a hard look at my weight at the beginning of October. I'm down seven pounds since then.

I thought I could control my carb intake and still have the occasional slice of bread or toast. I don't think I can. I thought I could drink regular coffee and still lose weight. i don't think I can, so I deleted that too, at least for the time being.

My meal plan now consists of protein, low GI veggies and fruits and the occasional nuts and legumes. A fiber supplement and tea. I can have a lot of tea and water. :-)

So that's my news, how are you doing? :hi:

1. I'm still having a hard time determining if it does much.
At first, I thought it did. Then I decided maybe it didn't. Now I'm thinking it has somewhat of an effect and I'm trying to figure the best time for me to take it to get the best results for hunger suppression.

Also, I'm having a hard time breaking through the 60 pound barrier. My body has dug its heels in and refuses to lose no further despite me ratcheting up the exercise and being super-careful of my caloric intake and keeping things low-carb. Eventually it will break through this (or so everyone says), but it's a bit disheartening right now.

:hi:
