If you're not watching Kucinich on the MSNBC debate, you're missing it bigtime
Edited on Mon Aug-27-07 12:13 PM by Atman
He's kicking ass. Even Lance Armstrong jumped in to help DK smackdown Tweety when he said Dennis the Vegan should take a fifty-mile hike...DK said, "I'll walk across the country! Why don't you come with me?" Armstrong laughed and pointed at Tweety and said "HE'S not coming!" Priceless.

Now, back into my hidey hole.

20. He just finished, unfortunately.
HUGE audience reception when he ended, even though MSNBC tried to cut away and drowned it out. I hope someone has a YouTube of this...it was the best, most inspiring and hopeful speech I've heard from ANY candidate since...since...the last time DK ran for President -- times 10.

25. I honestly don't see how anyone can listen to this man and still like Hillary or Obama
Or even Edwards. This is the ONLY guy who really understands. From the bankruptcy bill which NEVER allows you to emerge, to the for-profit health care scam, this guy GETS IT, and he talks bluntly about it, not in poli-speek. And he has the numbers and the programs ready when asked, he doesn't jut tap dance like the others do.

27. I voted for Dennis the Florida primary - 2004
Even though it was already sown up for Kerry/Edwards.

I loved his ideas then and I love his ideas now.

It pisses me off when the media says that he doesn't have a chance. It will be interesting to see how much of Dennis they show on the different political shows this evening. I am sure it will be mostly Clinton, Obama and Edwards.

28. I voted for him in the 2004 Connecticut Primary
I read his whole position paper just a week or two before and said "Holy *$#@! This is the guy!" I had never given him serious consideration because of his "also-ran" status, but once it once clear Kerry was a lock for the Dems in Connnecticut, I was for the very first time in my voting "career" able to vote my CONSCIENCE and not just strategically in order to stop someone else.

Best vote I ever cast. I'll do it again.

35. I just really got turned on to his platform late last year. I went to his web page and
was surprised and amazed at the detailed and concise content of his issues and what his solutions are.

It was very refreshing to see a candidate actually lay out his plans in detail, instead of the usual fluff and platitudes that our politics has become.

And his issues and solutions are so mainstream and majoritarian, it was like reading Wellstone.

I'm a believer!

43. An article on the internet is longer than what is seen on screen

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3096434

This article is actually about 5 pages long. On the keyboard, you can use the page down key to go forward and view each of the 5 pages.

Or you can use the down arrow on the keyboard to slowly read thru the entire article.

hint: maybe you need to click on some of the white space first in order to view the rest of the article.
