In the case of Oneil, I believe we have a truth told by a devil. I don't doubt that Mr. Oneil has his own motivations for speaking out. However, most liars don't lie, and then produce nineteen thousand pages of high level government records and documentation to support their claims.

I'm not enamored with the man - but I do sit up and take notice when someone comes and dumps a dump track full of supporting evidence on my lap to back up what they're saying. Then, even if I don't like em, even if I think they might have their own reasons for coming forward, or not being as completely innocent as they are trying to appear, I still begin to believe that the story which is being told may in fact be pretty darn credible.

To me, its the documentation - i.e. the supporting evidence that goes along with Oneils statements that is so damning, not Oneil himself.
