are his citizens and employees! They need him to look to for leadership and guidance and he wasn't there for 3 days.
BTW, I assume most here know he changed from Repub to Dem to run for mayor. I don't know the reason, but in this case I think he acted like a typical Repub, taking care of his own before he took care of those who elected him.
