5. Pardons should be outlawed
As long as politicians know there is a good probability they will be pardoned for their sins, why not commit them? Do we have ANY safeguards left?

This is not a good day. Between the possibility of pardons for these crooks to the gross profits of oil companies (have you seen what the stock market did today?), about all that's left is a good cry.
