14. Should it have been shot down if it was not actually hijacked?
There were 4000 planes in the air that day and planes sometimes do go off course. I agree if it were hijacked it should have been shot down. And there should be no hesitancy to say so by our government. Now on the other hand if it were shot down because of a bad decision they certainly would not admit to that.
