3. War on a concept = war without end.
Having a war implies that there will be an end. This is a war on a concept and I've never seen one end; think of the war on drugs. Bush gave the impression that this was a war, yet he never declared war on anyONE. Why not declare war on Bin Laden or Al Qaeda? You probably have a chance of wiping them out, but terror? Or as it should be terrorism? It'll always be here.
