the best way to reframe the whole issue. bush uses war on terror frame, which makes him a war prez. . .

using 'terrorists' is better - there are thousands of terrorists but hundreds of millions of US citizens. Using this word puts the whole issue in a better light for Kerry.

This is what the guest on NOW said - can't recall his name but he is the Framing Guru for our side! Prof at UC Berkeley (I think)
