He's doing some deep background right now on what he knows and what he was tipped off with.
The only thing we can do, at this point, is get the peripheries.
It may pan out and it may not.

I WAS an investigative journalist for five of the 12 years I reported, professionally. I can tell you that some tips are valid and some aren't, but no one is labeled a "tin foil hat freak" or a "wannabe" for checking them out, even if they lead no where. And some, invariably, do, but some don't. And those that do lead somewhere are worth their weight in gold.

This is still a new thread (well, maybe not in the Internet vernacular, but in investigative reporting, it's only a baby step). Give it some time and see what unfolds.
