Look at what you hear from right-wing pundits:

"The liberals are obstructing"

"The media isn't reporting the good things"

"Hollywood is forcing its lack of vaules on us"

"The government is putting a stranglehold on businesses"

"The thought police won't let you call someone a nigger"


etc, etc, etc.
