"The Arabi Terminal (a.k.a. Chalmette Slip) is located on the Mississippi River, mile marker 90.5, between the river and St. Bernard Highway (LA. Hwy 46). It is bounded by Chalmette National Historical Park on the East, and Domino Sugar Refinery on the West. (Latitude 29.55' N, Longitude 89.55" W --Time zone GMT-6 Hours). The Terminal consists of a 25 Acre Marine Terminal and a 100 acres business park."



It's in East N.O. - in the photo, I see several large warehouses - maybe they're being used as shelter and/or an evacuation point (docks for ferry landing)?
