6. This Nagin stuff is getting rediculous
Who cares where the mayor is? Does a ribbon need to get cut? Does a budget need to be signed?

When your entire city is a state and federal disaster area, you as the mayor, dont really have much to do.

There is a reason the right wants people to focus on the guy with the least authority and power, its because the guy with the most authority and power screwed up.
