It's not something that people usually do first to him. Most people are really happy and giddy and then he puts of his fists playing with him. I've been in Muhammad's company on the years many times. My father worked for him before I was born and they would run into each other at different events. I've ran into several of his kids lately but I haven't seen Muhammad in about 5 years. I've never seen him do the crazy hand signal thing.
