forced to get a new system a month ago. this came pre-installed with the complete Norton System (anti-spam, security, adware, virus protection, etc..etc..etc..)

anyway, the entire package works like a DREAM! i figured i would try it out because i'm a big proponent of "if i have to use Windows, i might as well use the pre-installed extras (if they work) to avoid conflicts". well, this works GREAT.

my old system i had installed a hodgepodge of seperate stuff (mailwasher pro, lavasoft adware, Symantec anti-virus ((that did NOT catch the trojan that crashed my system :eyes: )) etc..etc..etc..)

i STILL got tons of SPAM, adware, etc...

anyway, long story short, my new anti-spam catches 99.9999% of ALL SPAM (finally) but i STILL am compelled to look in the SPAM folder just to make SURE that it didn't mistake something that is legit.

i need to trust this damned thing and STOP LOOKING! just.delete.

resistance.futile.
