My favorite topic. I would say call DPUC (CT. Dept of Public Utility Control) but when I called them last month because AT & T refuses to provide me with services it is required to provide under the law and refuses to run 40 feet of wire so I can have DSL because it would cost them too much money, I was told that they couldn't help me on either issue because John Rowland had taken away their authority to regulate public utility services. Dearest Jodi refuses to give them back said authority to exist because it would be restrictive governmental meddling in the business sector.

When I pressed them for a reason they still exist, I was mysteriously disconnected.
