7. I honestly don't think we should end it.
It can be very useful to society if we can just figure out some system for piping it into psych wards to anaesthetise the residents instead of pumping them full of drugs.

Perhaps we could find a way to turn it loose on rowdy crowds of looters and pilagers during riot situations and lull them into a stupor without having to involve any weapons or physical injury.

Naturally we'll involve foreign governments. There's got to be some sort of Geneva Convention-like accord agreeing not to use these technologies in unethical ways such as torture and death.

(Seriously though, dude. I actually like Keiko Matsui.)
