67. Right where I am
I live in Boston near the Gardner Museum. I walk to work every day, right past the Museum of Fine Arts. The Huntington Theatre is right across the street from my office (almost any Bostonian can tell you where I work...). The public transportation system (the MBTA, or in the local vernacular, the "T") takes me just about anywhere I need to go. I don't even own a car, but there is a reliable rental agency within eyesight of my 12th floor view of downtown.

If I ever had to leave Boston, I would love to live in Paris (been there several times, and it always feels to me like I must have lived there in a former life), or Amsterdam ('nuff said...), or London (which I've only seen for a few hours last fall, but wow!).

Yes, I'm a city boy. I love the country life, but I could only visit, not live there.
