12. Maybe not my favorite but the most frequently made.
London Broil

3-4 lb London broil
Chicken or beef broth
Guinness (or red wine)
An onion
1 tsp salt
Several sprigs fresh thyme

Place the meat in the bottom of the pot cover with mixture of broth and Guinness (or red wine) 50/50, just enough to cover. Add salt and thyme. Slice onions over the top and cook. I usually set it on high for 4 hours but it can be slow cooked also. The liquid makes a good dipping sauce.
