16. But I did admit to being wrong in my original post...
I know what I did was wrong, and I said so. I think that's why people's comments, while not exactly hostile, hurt my feelings anyway. I take for granted that no one here really "knows" me, so I didn't explain in detail that I am normally a very nice, courteous person, RARELY confrontational, and I am very sensitive. I overreacted to a thoughtless (albeit dangerous) driver, and came here to vent. Maybe I didn't sound very remorseful about it at the time, but my emotions were still high. Besides, I was looking for information, and if it wasn't too much to ask (which apparently, it was) a little commiseration for the whole situation. I wasn't whining "poor, pitiful, me"; I didn't want a pat on the back or anything, just kind of like Mrs. Grumpy posted, basically that it's ok, we all make mistakes, I understand how frustrated you felt, etc. I realize now that it was wrong for me to expect anything, and that I should probably keep things like this to myself, or very close friends and family from now on, especially if I don't want my feelings hurt.

I appreciate your comments.
