But, here goes...and God knows I am not a Rummy fan...

Based on intell and photos and such, you can come to "know" things that, as a government, you can not admit to knowing yet.

Know is probably the wrong word, it should be suspect highly, given the, even remote possibility, that what you suspect may be wrong.

He is tripping himself up trying not to divulge things he can't. It is not easy, even for that psychotic lying killing fuck.
