I call what Travolta is NOT doing neglect and perhaps it's time for the authorities to see it that way too--and make an example out of Mr. Travolta.

And Ms. Preston is an enabler if she isn't actively trying to get her son the proper care.

As a mom, I can only say that if my husband forbid me to seek the proper care for my child I'd get my kid and I the hell out and charge the bastard for neglect.

I feel it necessary to explain that the above is a hypothetical situation; my husband would move heaven and earth to get our son any care he might require.
