I have one. I rarely use it, but it certainly is useful when I need both my hands free and have no choice but to be on the phone. Like when I am not in my local office, but traveling and need to be on a conference call. Not just because holding the damn cell phone up to my ear for an hour or more is a pain, but because I need my hands free to work at the same time.
