24. Treasurer of the local EAA Chapter ---------->
Edited on Thu Jan-10-08 07:55 PM by A HERETIC I AM
I am most definitely an aviation enthusiast.

Now, I don't post much in the lounge, I just lurk mostly but I would be interested in an Aviation Group.

I am a former Parts Manager of an FBO at Tamiami Airport - Cessna, Bell Helicopter.
My dad had a private pilots license when I was young and I got the chance to fly with him once a month.
Joined the EAA a year ago November
I got a ride in a Cessna 150 this past Saturday.
Plan on starting lessons (hopefully) later this year.

I love airplanes and all things aerospace related.

For some really cool videos, search "Low Pass" on YouTube

On edit to say "Oh Yeah" I lived in Palmdale, CA for 3 years starting in late 2001. I lived about 3 miles from the Skunk Works. The Palmdale Plant 42 complex along with Edwards AFB, 25 miles across the valley is where the Space Shuttles were all assembled, the SR-71, U-2, F117, B-2 and countless other planes were either developed, built or tested.
