Was shopping at the local Kroger grocery today.

There were only two check-out aisles open and shoppers lined up. I waiting in line for 15 minutes. It seems that they would hire more check-out people. There are so many looking for jobs. I'm sure that Kroger could afford to put more people to work. This store is in a fairly upscale area and people shopping there spend a lot of money, so why are there so few employees at that store?
