You have made unwarranted assumptions about a line of inquiry.
The point has already been made that the OP is a misinterpretation of news accounts.
I simply think it's reasonable to suppose that flying stuff from the South Tower impact may have hit WTC7. Can that be ruled out? I think most attention at that point was focused on the Towers, not WTC7, so I'd expect accounts regarding WTC7 before the Tower collapses will be sketchy.
