SIOUX CITY, Iowa - If they were making a movie of Sen. John F. Kerry's frantic final 72 hours of campaigning, they could call it ``Sleepless in the Battleground States.''
Kerry is planning a three-day blitz of virtual nonstop campaigning beginning this weekend as the dead-even presidential race careens to a close.
``We're still putting it together,'' said Kerry spokesman David Wade. ``It will be a marathon, but we've gotta get some sleep somewhere so it won't be totally non-stop.''

Kerry aides are plotting their red-eye marathon of campaigning in hopes of scratching out a win, targeting Ohio and Florida as their two top states along with Iowa, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Nevada, New Mexico and Minnesota and possibly Arkansas.
