not the new, nasty Republican type, but the old, solid, trustworthy ones like your neighbor or your uncle. As much of a Democrat as I am, I sure miss those guys on the other side...at least they were worthy opponents.

I bet Wilson is a Democrat, now. I wonder how many newly converted Democrats are actually our old opponents who got sick of the slime coming from their own party?

I know if I were a Republican, I would have left them years ago. I think the expensive, uneccessary intervention in Iraq would have done it for me.
